§ 32-3. Entering private property to regulate water use; enforcement

The city's police and/or health authorities may enter upon private property to regulate the use of city water and may take such action as appropriate in the event of city, state or federal violations and/or in the event of nonpayment for charges duly made. The court of jurisdiction for the city shall have authority to issue orders necessary to enforce this section.
