§ 32-2. Water use

Latest version.

The following shall be the requirements for water use in the city:

(1) That all residences and all commercial buildings within the city limits that consume and/or use water are required to be connected to the water system of said city.

(2) That all residences and all commercial buildings within the city limits of Albany shall purchase all their water for domestic and commercial purposes from the city.

(3) That no residence or commercial building shall be allowed free water but each consumer of water provided by the city shall pay at the applicable rate established by the city council.
