§ 24-1. Unlawful possession of firearms; lakes regulations

Latest version.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt or to be in possession of any kind of firearms, upon any land or water owned or controlled by the city.

(b) While fishing upon Lake McCarty it shall be unlawful for any person to use any kind of bait except live or artificial bait.

(c) It shall be unlawful for any person to place or use any motor exceeding 7½ horsepower upon any boat used upon Lake McCarty.
