§ 22-90. Notification of removal to state department of highways and transportation

Notice by the city is to be given to the state department of highways and public transportation within five days after the date of removal, identifying the vehicle or part thereof. The department shall immediately cancel a certificate of title to the vehicle pursuant to the Texas Transportation Code § 501.001 et seq.
