§ 4-88. Adult theaters and adult motion picture theaters

  • (a) A person commits an offense if said person knowingly allows a person under the age of 18 years to appear in a state of nudity or seminudity in or on the premises of an adult theater or adult motion picture theater.

    (b) A person under the age of 18 years commits an offense if said person knowingly appears in a state of nudity or seminudity in or on the premises of an adult theater or adult motion picture theater.

    (c) It is a defense to prosecution under subsections (a) and (b) of this section if the person under the age of 18 years was in a restroom not open to public view or persons of the opposite sex.
